WELCOME TO HUGS FOR SOLDIERS
Founded in 2003, Hugs for Soldiers is a ministry of Duluth First United Methodist Church, Duluth, GA. Our program is dedicated to offering comforts from home and brightening a Soldier’s day with a care package, card or letter of encouragement. Our “adopted” troops, who are deployed thousands of miles away from home, need to be reassured that America cares about them. We provide love and support for our nation's military who make daily sacrifices for the freedom America enjoys.

Donations to Hugs for Soldiers: Please include your name, address, email address, and phone number inside your box so we will know who sent these wonderful donations! Your name and complete address must appear legibly on the outside of the box.

23rd ANNUAL GIFT OF CARING: Show your support for our military men and women and your local Girl Scouts by purchasing an EXTRA box or two of Cookies. This is a wonderful community service project for our Girl Scouts along with their families, friends, and neighbors to Support Our Troops. Soldiers are in stressful situations, but when they receive a box of cookies from home, it sends a message to the Troops that America is thinking of them and their safe return.
